beeBlum is your new companion
and that' s why it's all different
Attention is your most valuable asset - and if tools control too much of it, it hinders your ability to do great things. Therefore, important communication should only occur in real time in exceptional cases. Better are systems that allow each individual to get the job done exactly when it is convenient for them. Task management tools are one possibility, but somehow these things don't work for us... If your lists are getting longer and longer (like ours) and you can't find what you're looking for, beeBlum could be the right choice (at least) ;-)
At beeblum, we don't like to work through lists, don't really have a preference for tables and certainly don't enjoy rigid workflows. That's why beeBlum works completely differently than other business tools.
In beeBlum, an intelligent algorithm makes sure that you will get only those contributions that are really interesting to you. By evaluating suggestions, making assessments, adding missing information or making new proposals, you support your colleagues in a goal-oriented and efficient way. By simply scrolling, you can switch to the next opportunity.
beeBlum is not a one-way trip. We will keep you posted whenever your contribution has been useful for someone else. This way you are much closer to the action and will be the first to know when your contribution has helped set something big on its way.
You can rate and comment on relevant contributions and add missing information. You know the planned sales price? Simply enter it.
By simply swiping to the left or right you indicate whether you like a post or not. If you swipe upwards, the next post will be shown.
Innovations arise from the association of different information. If a post leads you to something new, you can capture it right away.
beeBlum makes sure that you get mainly relevant, but also some rather unfamiliar information. Because sometimes this is where the biggest opportunity can arise.
Through the constant exchange of information with the possibility to react, the identification with the company will be significantly increased.
Due to the possibility to constantly discover and interact with a variety of information, the use of beeBlum is much more fun than with conventional business software.
beeBlum creates orientation when it comes to complex cooperation
In beeBlum everything begins with a situation. In the desktop optimized browser interface you collect information asynchronously to a common context. This may be a problem, a special exception or a challenge you are facing. The mechanics are similar to those of a classic kanban board. However, beeBlum makes it especially easy for you to include the expertise of your colleagues in your analyses through the intelligent interaction between board and mobile app.
Each Lane of a situation represents a perspective. In the simplest case you use it to structure the available information. By changing the visibility of a perspective, you can specify how to release it to others. E.g. certain experts, your whole organization or even for the crowd. The unique thing about beeBlum is that it doesn't just support such things as soft facts and ideas (like a task manager or note taking tool). By using (custom) criterias you can make soft factors measurable and even query specific data.
A situation forms the contextual framework for the information that is organised in it. Situations are managed by a group responsible for them, the Circle.
A perspective corresponds to a view of the situation. You can define the type of external access and the ways in which you can interact with the information in this column.
beeBlum was designed to be used by a large number of users and supports simultaneous work on the entire platform.
Manage your own set of criteria. You can choose from different types and use voting mechanisms besides key figures and text.
Criteria help you to make information measurable. Combined with their context, they form a homogeneous data model that you can use in other tools.
With the help of the search and sort function you can find posts easily and without effort.
We know that a unified data model is important for you. That is why we rely on SAP Graph as an interface to central data and functions from SAP. This allows criteria to obtain their possible values directly from your operational system. That ensures high data quality and consistency across system boundaries.
beeBlum supports the decision-making process
One out of three people would like to get faster decisions. While three quarters of managers would like to make faster decisions, but cannot do so because of poorly prepared information. Most companies try to solve this challenge by providing more and more data. They invest massively in technologies for presenting and evaluating facts - and thus miss the core of the problem: supporting the process.
Information is useless if no action is performed in return. That's why beeBlum supports the work on different alternatives. An alternative represents an opportunity for action or a viable future. These are made up of a set of matching criteria. By binding these criteria with information from the underlying situation, a dynamic action model will be generated. For each of these criteria, the weighting can be adjusted individually and the effects on the model can be analysed.
As a decision maker you will never again be confronted with badly prepared situations. Due to the pyramidal structure of the information provided in the app, you can grasp facts much faster. You only look at details if you are really interested. You compare alternatives, weight criteria and look at the effects. Of course, you can also decide right away - or request additional criteria and opinions.
By developing alternative options for action, beeBlum supports you in moving from a more problem-oriented to a solution-oriented approach.
To agree on the relevant evaluation criteria is an underestimated but essential step in the goal-oriented analysis of the initial situation.
Evaluation criteria can be dynamically weighted and the effects on the decision model can be analyzed.
Alternatives are compared using the same set of criteria. By linking to information from a situation, a dynamic model is created.
Pyramidal information access
As a decision maker you navigate from the big picture to the details. This way you can grasp the essentials much faster.
